Third parties engaged to process personal data on TeamCraft’s behalf

1. Purpose

This page lists the third-party entities (each, a “Sub-processor”) that Archi’s Inc., doing business as TeamCraft (“TeamCraft”), engages to process personal data in connection with the Service, as referenced in Section 11 of our Privacy Policy and Section 6 of our Data Processing Agreement. Each Sub-processor is bound by a written agreement imposing data protection obligations no less protective than those in our Data Processing Agreement, including confidentiality and appropriate technical and organizational security measures.

3. Notice of New Sub-processors

TeamCraft will provide notice before engaging a new Sub-processor that will process personal data on behalf of a Business Customer, by updating this page and, where a Business Customer has subscribed to notifications under Section 1 above or has a right to advance notice under its Data Processing Agreement, by additional notice through the mechanism specified there.

4. Sub-processing Obligations

• Each Sub-processor is engaged under a written agreement imposing data protection obligations consistent with applicable law and TeamCraft’s Data Processing Agreement;
• TeamCraft remains liable to Business Customers for the acts and omissions of its Sub-processors to the same extent TeamCraft would be liable if performing the relevant processing itself;
• Sub-processors are subject to TeamCraft’s vendor security review process prior to engagement and periodically thereafter.
